Passion fruit, guava, papaya — a hike through the forest in Maui. Combines with oak nuance to give hints of Bananas Foster and Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Lilikoi foam, hints of homemade lemon meringue, subtle vanilla bean and orgeat.

Great texture for a Sauvignon Blanc base, full mid-palate, but still shows enough acid presence to push the wine onto the back of the tongue. Subtle notes of vanilla bean and orgeat. Like being a bartender on a Maui beach near Kapalua.
