Tasting Notes
ColorPale blush-white with faint pink tints
NoseLime pith, linalool, cumquat — very high-toned. Like a pithy Aperol spritz! Meyer lemon peel, orange blossom, hint of ginger.
PalatePoppin acidity and verve. Crispness pushes the wine to the center of the tongue. Tart, refreshing, pickled ginger candy, candied lemons. Finishes with Rainier cherries, Blenheim apricots, and barrel spice. Truly refreshing — driven by a hyper-present acid backbone.
