Lots of bright, tart fruit — rainier cherries and blackberries. More herbal notes of Benedictine and star anise emerge, along with rosehip and linalool.

Cola berry sarsaparilla with continental stone fruit — Blenheim apricots and Georgia peaches. A reverse funnel: starting narrow with laser-like acid, then widening to big, chewy rustic tannins. Spectacularly long finish. The most Barbaresco-like Nebbiolo we've made to date.
