Tasting Notes
ColorBright garnet with violet hue
NoseRaspberry pot de crème and cassis mingle with fresh-picked herbs — tarragon and sage. Cool blue fruits: blueberry and elderberry. A subtle green peppercorn edge adds intrigue.
PalateFresh, vibrant, full of verve. Crisp acidity carries a granite-like mineral core. Broad in the mid-palate yet refined, with larger-grained tannins. Notes of fresh cranberry, rhubarb, and Swiss chard. Long, mouthwatering finish — everything a living, breathing wine should be.
