Tasting Notes
ColorBright garnet with ruby hues
NoseLots of dark fruits and spice. Mulberries, acai, plums. Nutmeg, clove, hint of star anise. Vanilla and freshly caramelized crème brûlée.
PalateDriven by vibrant, expressive acidity. Rainier cherry, pomegranate, and pitaya as the wine carries across the tongue. Broadens as it warms — blueberry and acai with vanilla bean, cassia bark, and spice box. Structure will benefit from cellaring. Lengthy, mouthwatering finish invites a second glass.
