NoseDark, austere fruit — blackberry, plum, star anise, graphite.
PalateBursting with vibrant acidity, electrifying tension and verve. The lift seems to leap off the tongue to the roof and sides of the palate. In its wake, Montmorency cherries and fresh raspberries. Vanilla bean, cedarwood, and pipe tobacco evolve after the wine is swallowed. Fine-grained tannin structure — an exquisite mandala.
