Tasting Notes
NoseA clean wine with a moderate intensity of fresh fruit aromas of red plum, red currants, and dried cherry, cranberry, and blood orange, dusted with red pepper chili flakes and dried spices. Crushed-rock minerality surrounds the nose, with an ever-so-slight vegetal green pyrazine note layered between.
PalateSpices, fruit, and vegetal notes confirmed; a dry, very balanced wine with medium-plus acidity forming the backbone, medium-plus body, medium-plus alcohol, and medium tannin.
