Tasting Notes
NoseA clean wine with a ripe, medium-plus expression of dark fruits: blackberries, black plum, slightly dried figs, and a gummy fruit-roll-up note. Complex and layered, with gentle bay-leaf earth, black peppercorns and rotundone, sprinkles of allspice, all dominated by terroir and asphalt/gravel minerality, plus slight smoke, slight meat, and limestone.
PalateRipe and dried fruit confirmed, with blackberries and figs; finishes long with terroir, fresh asphalt, and dark chocolate on the back palate. Bone dry, with medium acidity, medium-plus tannins, full body, and medium-plus alcohol.
