A Merlot-led right-bank-style blend with Cabernet Franc, drawing Merlot from Plummer Vineyard and Cabernet Franc from Portico Hills. Fermented and macerated on skins 15 to 21 days in 1-ton open-top tanks with daily punch-downs, then aged in new and used French oak barriques and puncheons (~25% new).
