LXV's first chance to work with the incredible fruit from the famed Block 6 at the top of the sand dune that is White Hawk Vineyard in Los Alamos. Harvested at 24.5 brix, 100% destemmed and fermented in small 1-ton open-top fermenters with punch-downs for 21 days, then aged 20 months in one new French oak puncheon and three once-used barriques.
