Sourced entirely from Joe Plummer's Plummer Vineyard, always one of LXV's favorite Cabernet Franc sources in Paso Robles. The fruit was fermented and macerated on skins for 19 days in small open-top fermenters, then aged 20 months in one new and two once-used French oak puncheons (50% new).
