A barrel-fermented Viognier from Hidden Valley Vineyard in Paso Robles, made in a style that emphasizes the citrusy aspect of the variety. Harvested September 28, 2016, it was fermented in ten neutral French oak barriques and two stainless steel drums, aged on the lees for five months with biweekly lees stirring, then aged an additional two months after racking. Summer Satine is inspired by Alekhya, the KamaSutra art of Painting, with a label by oil painter Carrie Graber.
