A Club Reserve Cabernet Franc from Bootjack Ranch in Paso Robles, sustainably farmed by the Niner Family and vineyard manager Jason Yeager. Harvested September 29, 2015, it was fermented and macerated on skins for 21 days in 1-ton bins punched down manually 2-3 times daily, then aged in a mixture of 500L French oak puncheons and 225L barriques (about 70% new) for 17 months.
