A Provencal-style rose made with the saignee method, with 30 to 40 minutes of skin contact. Four red varietals (Syrah, Grenache, Tempranillo, and Merlot) are co-fermented in barrel, and the wine is topped off with Viognier just prior to bottling to add mouthfeel and lift the aromatics.
