And just for you, we have bottled a Magnum of the 2012 Rising Tempo, for your Thanksgiving dinner table !
2012 Rising Tempo
65% Grenache, 23% Syrah, 12% Tempranillo
(All barrel aged, with combination of new, neutral, and once-used French oak.)
Winemaker's notes: Grenache's bright cherry fruit dances across the palate in this elegantly choreographed blend. Tempranillo provides a deep, plummy bass note with leathery and herbal tones, while the Syrah keeps the wine full, sensuous, and intriguing with its exotic dark berry nose and flavors of coffee and chocolate. The three varietals combine to make a robust yet refined blend with an inviting, provocative aroma and a lingering finish.
Serving suggestion: Pair with foods featuring earthy, brown spices, like cumin, coriander, fennel or cardamom. The spicy notes of Grenache and Syrah complement the layered spices in the dish. Also, the wine's fruitiness tones down spicy heat, letting the dish's other flavors shine. The wine's earthiness harmonizes beautifully with elements like lentils, chickpeas and potatoes.

Thanksgiving Treat
We are very excited to include the "LXV Spice Blend" that we have created with Lori from Spice of Life. This is the spice that we pair with the Rising tempo at the Lounge. We will also include a menu card with recipes, using the spice, for your Thanksgiving table.
We will also be including a very special treat from Francois Payard.
