LXV SPRING 2025 CLUB WINE SHIPMENT
It wasn’t planned.
One evening over the holidays, we found ourselves back at Mistura, a Peruvian restaurant etched into the earliest days of LXV. A decade ago, we hosted one of our very fi rst wine dinners there—wide-eyed,
full of ideas, and possibly over-explaining the virtues of spice and terroir to anyone who would listen. And yet, there we were again. The same restaurant, the same table, but not quite the same people. As we savored each dish—bright citrus, smoky warmth, layers of spice—one thing became clear: Peru, much like LXV, is a place of
bold contrasts and relentless reinvention. A country that refuses to be just one thing—coastal yet highland, ancient yet modern, structured yet wildly expressive. Sound familiar?
Much like that first dinner, this moment felt like a turning point.
LXV has never been about standing still. This year alone, we take our place in Saint-Émilion with our Grand Cru Classé partnership at Château r culinary adventures with others.
Chatelet. Maison Mittal prepares to make its debut, a vision craft ed over years of patience and precision. We are expanding, evolving—standing on the edge of something extraordinary.
This shipment captures that duality. The wines you’re receiving are bright and lifted, yet deep and complex—a balance of elegance and power, of freshness and structure. A white blend that sings with vibrant aromatics. A red that holds the weight of history in its tannins. A wine that demands to be cellared, and another that begs to be opened now. Each one, a reflection of where we are and where we are going.
And so, this shipment became more than just wine. It became a reflection of that very momentum. Sabor Vivo bursts with the vibrancy of coastal Peru, where every dish is an exclamation point. Peru Andino carries the deep, smoky soul of the highlands, where time and tradition shape every flavor. Together, they remind us that growth is not about a straight path—it’s about movement, discovery, and the courage to step into the unknown. As we raised our glasses that night at Mistura, we couldn’t help but smile. A decade later, we are still wandering. Still discovering. And, thankfully, still pouring.
Wine. Spice. Aspiration. BeLXV.
